How private is the video?
Bookings and client records are held in Cliniko, the practice’s booking and records system, in an account on Cliniko’s Canadian region. Records are encrypted and access-controlled. Sessions are by secure video: the link arrives by email and opens in your browser, with nothing to install. Sessions are never recorded, not for notes, not for supervision, not for training. The privacy policy sets out the rest.
A tunnel, a ferry terminal, and North Delta's own case
The Massey Tunnel is the local variable everything else is scheduled around. An appointment in Vancouver or Richmond is a different proposition at 4pm than at 11am, and a weekly commitment that depends on the tunnel behaving is a weekly commitment that will eventually be missed.
North Delta's situation is Surrey's situation. The Punjabi-speaking community here is substantial and continuous with Surrey's, and it brings the same dynamic: a strong community, and a corresponding concern about privacy that keeps people from walking into a local clinic where they may be recognised. Ladner and Tsawwassen are small towns for these purposes. Fewer counsellors, less choice of modality, and the same privacy arithmetic that applies in any place where people know each other. For anything specific, EMDR or structured couples work, video lets you choose from the whole province rather than from what is close by.
Shift work at Deltaport and the ferry terminal does not fit a standing slot. Port and terminal rosters change, and a session with no travel either side, booked from what the counsellor has open rather than a standing slot, is what makes attendance realistic rather than aspirational.

Yes, all three and on the same terms. The practice is virtual and covers all of British Columbia, so where in Delta you live changes nothing about availability or fee.
Can I have sessions in Punjabi?

Yes, and planning for it from the start works better than discovering it later. Booking block by block around a roster, with gaps between blocks, is a normal pattern and pausing costs nothing.
