A Tri-Cities commute that takes the evening a weekly appointment would need.

The Filipino community across the Tri-Cities is substantial, and the practical obstacle here is the same one everybody in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody faces: the commute takes the evening. An appointment on the other side of a bridge is a commitment that lasts about four weeks.

Removing travel from both ends of a session is worth more than the session time itself. It is the difference between an appointment costing an hour and costing three, and it is what decides whether week six happens.

Sessions run in Tagalog, in English, or moving between the two as the conversation needs, which is what most bilingual people do without planning to. Nothing about the fee or the availability changes with the language.

The middle column is the point. The choice is not made in advance.

## Who you would be working with

[Camille Granda](https://www.westpeakwellness.com/practitioners/camille-granda), RCC, CCC: Registered Clinical Counsellor. She works with trauma, anxiety and chronic stress, grief, loss and life transitions, and her registration numbers are published in full on her profile so you can [check her registration with BCACC](https://www.westpeakwellness.com/resources/verify-a-counsellor-in-bc) before booking anything.

From Coquitlam, an individual session with Camille is $140 for 50 minutes, whether it runs in Tagalog or English, and it starts with the free 15-minute consultation. [Fees and extended-health coverage](https://www.westpeakwellness.com/pricing) has the couples and EMDR fees; many plans reimburse a Registered Clinical Counsellor, depending on the plan.

## Questions people in Coquitlam ask

**Do you cover Port Coquitlam and Port Moody?**

Yes, on identical terms. The practice is virtual and covers all of British Columbia, so which of the three municipalities you live in changes nothing.

**What is the latest appointment available?**

The calendar shows every open time, and that is the honest answer to how late it goes. If none of them work, it is worth raising on the free consultation rather than forcing a time that will not survive a busy month.

**Can sessions run in Tagalog?**

Yes: in Tagalog, English, or both within one session.

The Tri-Cities commute takes the evenings a weekly appointment would have to live in.
